Governors State University is a public university in University Park, Illinois. The 750 acres campus is located 30 miles south of Chicago, Illinois. GSU was founded in 1969. It is a public university offering degree programs at the undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels.

With a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Governors State University, a Cisco Networking Academy located just 40 minutes from Chicago, IL, you will be equipped to build, maintain, and protect information systems. In our program, students develop hands-on experience through exposure to components such as virtualization software, Microsoft Server 2016 and 2019, Linux Operating Systems, Cisco switches and routers, and pfSense firewalls.. Outside of the classroom workshops are offered to students in industry leading certifications, allowing them to prepare for key industry certification examinations.

- TOEFL (68 - minimum sub-scores of 19 reading, 16 writing, 18 listening, 15 Speaking)

- IELTS (6.0)

- Duolingo (95)

- PTE (47 - minimum scores of 48 listening, 40 speaking, 51 reading, 43 writing)

ACT/SAT Optional

- Copy of Passport

- NACES Evaluation Recommended - University reserves the right to ask for a NACES at a later date

Fall - 1 July, Spring - 1 December
