Lawrence Technological University is a private university in Southfield, Michigan. It was founded in 1932 in Highland Park, Michigan, as the Lawrence Institute of Technology by Russell E. Lawrence. The university moved to Southfield in 1955 and has since expanded to 107 acres.

As an embedded software engineer, you will design and maintain software systems in embedded controllers that work behind the scenes in complex machinery. And LTU(s) Bachelor of Science in Embedded Software Engineering offers the curriculum you will need to succeed in this field: a strong core of mathematics, science, engineering, and design that also emphasizes the development of analytic and problem-solving skills. Your studies will culminate with a senior capstone design project in which you will synthesize what you have learned in a project of your choosing.
