Bachelor of Science in Business Management

As well as covering the basics, our course includes a number of optional modules. Choose to explore business innovation, financial management, leadership or intercultural management – and tailor your studies to suit your interests. We understand that while you’re here to learn, you’re also laying the foundations for your future career. We want to help you enhance your employability, and we do that in three ways. Firstly, by studying with us in Cambridge or Chelmsford you’ll be exploiting our links with local businesses. We host regular visits from employers, guest speakers and business events – helping you build a network for when you graduate. A Business Management BSc (Hons) is also available through distance learning here. Throughout your Business Management degree you’ll also benefit from lectures and seminars on CV preparation, job-hunting, obtaining work experience, using social media to enhance your professional profile, and more.

  • An International Baccalaureate with a minimum of 24 points.

The minimum requirements for most of our degrees are provided in the table below. Some of our courses have higher requirements, so please visit the course page you are interested in to check the specific English requirement.

Undergraduate courses

  • IELTS (Academic)
    • Overall 6.0 with 5.5 in each of the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) 
  • TOEFL iBT
    • 80 overall with 17 in Writing and Listening, 18 in Reading and 20 in Speaking
  • Pearson PTE Academic
    • 60 overall with 59 in each of the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
