Missouri State University now offers a two-stage process for students from India to complete the Master of Science in Project Management. The 30 credit-hour M.S. in Project Management is an interdisciplinary and applied program that provides STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education to project management professionals from all disciplines. The M.S. Project Management is an excellent complement to undergraduate degrees in engineering, information technology, and business. In-depth analysis of types of risks at each stage of project development, with strategies to recognize, assess, and respond to project risks.
TCM 740 - Agile Management of Innovation and Technology Seminar (3 Credit Hours)
Strategic management of technology and innovation in organi zations, building upon broad models of technological evolution and organizational change.
TCM 750 - Advanced Project Management (3 Credit Hours)
This capstone course builds upon the foundation of previous courses with advanced theory, research, and practice.
Three approved elective courses (9 Credit Hours)
Three courses approved by the student's advisor, totaling 9 additional hours of credit.

If you are currently working in India and would like to continue gaining more valuable experience, but would also like to pursue an MS degree from the United States, this option is for you. Complete your first year in India while you work and travel to the US in your second year to complete your MS degree.
The program is open to all students who are beginning their final year of their three or four year degree. B.Sc/BBA/B.Comm students who will begin their final year in August 2021 are eligible to apply. Similarly, B.Tech. students who will begin their final year in August 2021 can also apply. Students who complete the first year will be awarded the Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Missouri State University.
The MS Project Management degree is a STEM designated program. After completing your second year in the US and earning your MS degree, you can apply for your OPT for a total duration of three years. This gives students the option to develop valuable experience of working in the United States.
The average cost of earning an MS degree in the United States (not including cost of living) is around Rs.25-30 lakhs. The Cohort Program is designed to make the MS program affordable and available to more students. The cost of earning an MS degree through the Cohort Program is approximately Rs.9 lakhs.
Students who complete the one-year degree program in the U.S. will qualify for Optional Practical Training (OPT), with the opportunity for a two-year STEM extension to provide work eligibility in the U.S. for a total of three years.
