Complete the Graduate School Online Application Form.

Submit the following supporting materials:

  • Transcripts for all studies completed after high school.
  • GRE or GMAT test scores, if required by your program of interest. 
    • GRE Institution Code: 2084
  • Two to three letters of recommendation from a faculty member or professional reference. (Number varies depending upon the program.)
  • TOEFL or IELTS test scores for proof of English proficiency, if applicable: 
    • Accepted tests with minimum acceptable scores are: TOEFL (80), TOEFL Essentials (8.5), IELTS (6.5), PTE (56) or Duolingo English Test (115). We do not automatically waive this based on language of instruction, nor do we accept university certificates. The IELTS General Edition is not accepted.
    • TOEFL Institution Code: 2084
    • IELTS: You must provide a scanned score report. No institutional code is needed.
  • Personal statement or essay (250 - 500 words).
  • Résumé or CV.

Additional information for international applicants:

  • If you are not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, you are likely going to need a student visa. For more information, please visit the International Center for more information.
  • To obtain an I-20, you will need to show proof of financial support. Two documents are needed:
    • Complete and return the Certificate of Finance form through your admission portal.
    • Provide updated bank statements showing sufficient funds, which can include a certified letter from your sponsor(s) indicating the amount of support available for each year.

Application Procedures - Undergraduate Applicants

Start the application online using the link provided above.

Applications can be submitted to Common App. If applications are submitted to Common App, after submission students will receive a confirmation email and instructions on how to set up their application portal to https://undergrad.clarkson.edu/apply/


Application Coding: In the online application, there is no coding that can be added to indicate Indo Global Studies at this time.

To code an applicant properly, the student must send details and documents to admissions@indoglobalstudies.org and IGS staff will contact Clarkson University to tag the applicant.

There is currently no fee required of applicants, and therefore no fee waiver is necessary.

Graduate applications can only be submitted to the direct university application link.

Application Coding: In the online application, under the Program of Study section, please select 'Yes' to the question 'Are you applying with the help of an education agency?'. Then, please select Indo Global Studies from the dropdown menu.

Note - Please share tagging proof, student details and documents to admissions@indoglobalstudies.org after submitting the application.

For every application, we will need university username and password information.
