Bachelor of Science in Construction Management

Build your future with a B.S. in Construction Management degree and achieve your career and educational goals in the diverse construction business. Accredited by the American Council for Construction Education, our degree program is nationally recognized and one of the largest in the country. Students will learn the leadership and technical skills to effectively manage construction projects from start to finish through hands-on experience and professional engagement.

Learn to effectively develop a construction project, including organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Gain the job-ready skills of preparing estimates and progress reports, conducting inspection reviews for building and safety code regulations, and monitoring compliance with environmental guidelines.

The construction management degree concentrations at KSU align with the construction management industry. You can choose from one of the following concentrations:

  • Land Development
  • General Contracting
  • Specialty Construction
  • Electrical and Mechanical
  • Heavy Construction
  • Facilities Management

  1. Submit your application and $40 fee online by the deadline posted for your desired semester of entry
  2. Submit official transcripts of ALL your high school or post-secondary records (if any)
  3. ENGLISH REQUIRMENT - IELTS - 6.5; PTE - 58; TOFEL - 79
  4. Official English evaluations of all foreign documents are needed. You must have your foreign transcripts evaluated by one of the following credential evaluations services found at naces.org or aice-eval.org
      Sample evaluation companies include International Education Evaluation (IEE) 
    1. High school transcript must have a document-by-document evaluation, including GPA
    2. College and university transcript must have a course-by-course evaluation, including GPA
